Advertising and Direct Marketing

The System Technologies adheres to the principles of editorial independence, transparency, and good-faith communication with authors, readers, and organisations.

Advertising

The Journal does not display paid advertising, third-party advertising materials, banners, native advertising, or other commercial advertisements on its website.

The Journal website may display only informational materials related to the Journal’s activities, scholarly events, editorial announcements, publication opportunities, and other materials consistent with the Journal’s aims and scope. Such materials are not advertisements and do not influence editorial decisions.

If the Journal decides to accept advertising in the future, an advertising policy will be published on the website before advertising begins. Advertising materials will be clearly separated from editorial content, and decisions to accept advertising will not be connected to the consideration, peer review, acceptance, or rejection of manuscripts.

Direct marketing and author invitations

The Journal may send targeted informational messages and invitations to submit manuscripts to authors, researchers, organisations, and participants in scholarly events only where the recipient’s subject area is relevant to the Journal’s scholarly scope.

Information in such messages must be accurate, verifiable, and not misleading. The Journal does not promise guaranteed acceptance of manuscripts, publication within a specified period, inclusion in international databases, recognition by the Russian Higher Attestation Commission (VAK), or any other outcome dependent on independent editorial decisions, peer review, or external organisations.

Messages concerning manuscript submissions include a link to the official Journal website, author guidelines, peer-review procedure, open-access terms, information about publication charges, and editorial contact details. Recipients may opt out of further informational mailings by contacting the editorial office at integralferma@gmail.com.

Editorial independence

Advertising, informational messages, direct marketing, funding sources, and the amount of APCs do not influence the independence of peer review, editorial evaluation of manuscripts, or decisions to publish. All publication decisions are made solely on the basis of scholarly merit, research quality, relevance to the Journal’s scope, and the results of independent peer review.
