Aims and Scope

System Technologies is a peer-reviewed open-access scholarly journal that publishes original results of fundamental and applied research in civil engineering, construction sciences, and architecture.

The journal aims to disseminate reliable scientific knowledge and to advance the theory and practice of the design, construction, operation, renovation, and modernisation of buildings, structures, and engineering infrastructure. The journal publishes research of scientific novelty, theoretical value, and practical relevance.

The journal is intended for researchers, academics, doctoral students, engineers, architects, and specialists working in design, construction, manufacturing, and public-sector organisations related to the built environment and engineering infrastructure.

The journal considers original research articles, review articles, and analytical papers that fall within its scope and have passed editorial screening and peer review.

Submitted manuscripts must correspond to the journal’s scope and meet requirements for scientific novelty, methodological rigour, reliability and reproducibility of results, publication ethics, and manuscript preparation.

The journal does not consider manuscripts that lack an original scholarly contribution, fall outside its scope, or fail to meet requirements for quality and research integrity.
