The System Technologies supports the open dissemination of scholarly results and permits authors to deposit their works in institutional, subject, and other scholarly repositories, on personal websites, researcher profiles, and non-commercial scholarly platforms.
General terms
All articles published in the Journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright in their works.
Self-archiving is permitted without an embargo period. Authors do not need additional permission from the editorial office to deposit permitted versions of their work, provided that they comply with this policy and the terms of the CC BY 4.0 licence.

Required acknowledgement of the source
When depositing an Author’s Accepted Manuscript or the published Version of Record, authors must acknowledge the original publication in The System Technologies and provide the DOI and a link to the article page on the Journal website.
Recommended repository statement:
First published in The System Technologies. DOI: [insert DOI]. The official version of the article is available at: [insert article-page URL]. This article is distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0).
Licensing and third-party rights
When depositing an article, authors and users must comply with the terms of CC BY 4.0: provide appropriate attribution to the author(s), identify the source of publication, link to the licence, and indicate changes where applicable. The licence does not remove the obligation to respect third-party rights, including rights in images, tables, data, and other materials used in the article.
Relationship to manuscript assessment
Depositing a preprint, an Author’s Accepted Manuscript, or a published Version of Record does not affect the independence of peer review, editorial evaluation, or the decision to publish. Where a preprint has been posted, the author must disclose this to the editorial office at the time of manuscript submission.
